Where do you ship?
We offer free shipping to the United States and are able to ship worldwide to over 40 other countries.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard ground shipping is free in the contiguous United States for orders containing The Travel Pawket car seat.
If you require faster shipping speeds or live outside the contiguous US (i.e. Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, or Europe), your shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. The provided rates are based on your address and the weight and dimensions of your order.
Do I need to pay duties?
If you live in the United States, you will not be charged import duties. You may be charged state or provincial taxes in accordance with local laws. These will be calculated at checkout.
If you reside internationally, you may be charged additional duties and taxes. These are incurred at the customer’s expense.
When will I receive my order?
We offer free standard ground shipping on our Travel Beds (see delivery times below), as well as a number of faster options through UPS viewable at checkout. Please remember that your order will take time to process before it ships. Even if you select a faster shipment speed, your order will take a few days to be processed through our system:

- To contiguous USA: 5-8 business days
Please note, The Travel Pawket is not responsible for any delays once the package has exited our warehouse facilities, nor liable for any lost or stolen packages.
What is the status of my order?
We will email you at every step of the process, from purchase to post-delivery. You will receive an email confirmation of your order, a notification when your order is being prepared for shipping, a notification with tracking information when your order ships, and a check-in email after your purchase has been delivered to ensure you are happy with your pieces from The Travel Pawket. Can I cancel my order?
We have a 24-hr grace period for cancellations. Email us with your cancellation request at hello@thepawket.com. Please note orders cannot be canceled if they have already been shipped.
