Our dog car seats can be used in vehicles ranging from ultra-compact cars to large vehicles that can accommodate 9 or more people. Simply use the adjustable strap to secure the Travel Bed around the front or rear car seat.

Upon receiving The Travel Pawket car seat, insert the three largest cushions into the front, back and bottom sections of the cover and the smallest cushions into the sides. Zip all sides together. For use as a lounge-style dog bed or sofa, unzip the front zippers.

Your presence makes your pup feel at ease. With your dog present, spend a few minutes leaving your scent onto the Travel Bed by rubbing your hands over the cushions, or placing one of your old shirts inside.

Place a few of your dog's favorite toys or blankets in an around the Travel Bed. Give them a special treat and praise when they get in. It won't be long before The Pawket Travel Bed becomes your dog's favorite place to cuddle up!

Yes. To wash the car seat, unzip the removable covers. We recommend hand-washing in cool water with a gentle detergent. Let air-dry. Do not tumble-dry.

To keep the car seat looking its best, wipe the cover with a damp microfiber cloth on a weekly basis or as needed.

On the inside of each dog sling is a lead that hooks onto your pet's harness to prevent them from jumping out. (We do not recommend hooking the lead onto a collar as this could hurt their neck should they jump out).

Please take special care when wearing, washing, drying, and storing your dog carrier sling. Here are some guidelines to ensure its longevity:

• Refrain from bleaching, wringing, or tumble drying.
• Opt for hand washing or a gentle machine wash in cold water with similar colors.
• Be aware that shrinkage may occur in the dryer, hence it is advisable to air dry the item by hanging, which also helps preserve any metal hardware.
• Should wrinkles appear, you may use an iron to smooth them out.

Standard ground shipping is free in the contiguous United States for orders containing The Pawket Travel Bed. 

If you require faster shipping speeds or live outside the contiguous US (i.e. Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, or Europe), your shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. The provided rates are based on your address and the weight and dimensions of your order.

If you reside outside of the United States, you may be charged additional duties and taxes. These are incurred at the customer’s expense.

We offer free standard ground shipping on car seat orders to the contiguous United States (5-8 business days), as well as a number of faster options through UPS viewable at checkout. Please remember that your order will take time to process before it ships. Even if you select a faster shipment speed, your order will take a few days to be processed through our system.

Please note, The Travel Pawket is not responsible for any delays once the package has exited our warehouse facilities, nor liable for any lost or stolen packages.

We have a 24-hr grace period for cancellations. Email us with your cancellation request at hello@thepawket.com. Please note orders cannot be canceled if they have already been shipped.
