At The Travel Pawket we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied.
What's our return policy?
We accept returns for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the delivery date with a valid proof of purchase. A full refund is offered for products in new, unaltered and unused condition with original packaging from The Travel Pawket. The refund can only be credited to the original payment method.
How do I initiate a return request?
If you need to return a product, please email us with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will respond with instructions on where and how to return the product. Please note: The shipping costs for the return are on your own account. Please check the website of your preferred shipping agency for the exact rates to purchase a shipping label. All returns must have a track-and-trace code to follow the package.
Please make sure that the item is returned in the same condition of purchase and ensure that it is packed properly and protected during shipping.
Please note: Given The Travel Pawket car seat is vaccum-packed, opening the package will cause it to expand. You are responsible for arranging a suitably large box to send the car seat back in its expanded state.
If the item is returned used or damaged, we may deduct an amount from the refund to cover the loss in the item's value.
How long does it take for a refund to be issued?
Returns that arrive at our warehouse will be assessed within 5 business days from receipt. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved.
Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
Non-returnable items
Items listed below cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping charges are not refundable. Other restrictions may apply.
- Items without proof of purchase (i.e. original receipt, order number or packing slip)
- Items purchased as final sale
- Items used and/or damaged through normal wear and tear
Damages and issues
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@thepawket.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
